Nova — Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Nova app ("Nova", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Nova you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Nova is an AI-assisted productivity app for creating documents, notes, decks and sheets, with optional live collaboration on shared documents. AI output may be inaccurate — review important information (e.g. financial or legal content) before relying on it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and all associated content at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account.

3. Acceptable use & zero-tolerance policy

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior in Nova. You agree not to create, upload, share, or transmit content that is:

• illegal, or that infringes others' rights;
• hateful, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence;
• sexually explicit, child-endangering, or otherwise obscene;
• spam, fraud, malware, or deceptive;
• harmful, abusive, or objectionable in any other way.

You also agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse other users in shared documents.

4. Moderation, reporting & enforcement

• Report content: any document can be reported from its ⋯ menu → Report content.
• Block users: in a shared document you can block an abusive collaborator, which hides them from your shared documents.
• We review reports and remove objectionable content and ban abusive users within 24 hours of becoming aware of a violation.
• You can also contact us about abuse at abuse@novacreate.ai.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

5. Subscriptions & purchases

Paid plans and credit packs are sold through the Apple App Store and billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Nova is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
